TESTIMONIAL OF HOW ONE WORD ACTIVATED LEADS TO A DAD'S HEALING
I was at a group meeting, when Rose came in asking for prayer for her dad who was very sick. Everyone gathered around her in a circle to pray for her. She was told that she could “stand in” for her dad as he could not be present to be prayed for. I was not able to make it in time to gather with the people in the prayer. I remained standing behind them.
Next thing I know is that one word activated could lead to her dad’s healing.
As I stood there, I asked God if there was something He wanted to tell Rose. Suddenly, I saw in my mind's eye the word “Stevens.” Stevens? But because Rose was a Latina woman, I thought I had made that name up in my mind. Then, I heard, “Stevens!” Again, the same word.
I was overthinking. Oh! How silly we can be when we start questioning God instead of trusting Him. There I was, trying to figure things out.
One word can change everything!
When the prayer meeting ended, I went to talk to Rose.
I asked her if “Stevens” meant anything to her. She said yes. She said that her dad’s caregiver's last name was Stevens. Olga Stevens, she said. Then, the Lord said to tell her that “Stevens was going to lead her dad to his healing.” I told Rose that.
She was stunned. Rose opened her phone to a screen and showed me a text she had just received from Olga Stevens. I read the text. It mentioned that Rose’s two other sisters wanted to get rid of her—they no longer wanted Olga Stevens to be their dad’s caregiver. They wanted to fire Olga Stevens.
“What if God activates in you the Gift of the Spirit that has a Word of Wisdom? What if Holy Spirit gives you a more in-depth look into a person or subject matter?”

ONE WORD - A WORD OF WISDOM 〰️
God can make ready an answer, a word that can wisely affect and relate to a future thing or event. He can give you a word that can help someone. Some words encourage, and others can provide a wise, godly solution. God may want to use you. What if you could learn how to recognize His voice?
God is Spirit and has a Spirit—His name is Holy Spirit. He searches the deepest things. Holy Spirit knows! Holy Spirit lives in us. We have the mind of Christ, the Spirit of God can empower us with the wisdom and ability to disclose God’s truth, purpose, and ways—we speak mysteries of God—keys to answers, solutions, and explanations needed.
“But we know about these things because God has sent his Spirit to tell us, and his Spirit searches out and shows us all of God’s deepest secrets.”
We must rely on and trust completely in Holy Spirit who gives us mental impressions, visions, concepts, and problem-solving ideas to be applied in particular situations.
Holy Spirit can inspire and enable us with a sudden Word of Wisdom that is supernaturally wise—that creates change and results.
In this case, with Rose, and Olga Stevens, the Word of Wisdom from the Lord was that “Stevens was going to lead her dad to his healing.” Rose immediately realized she had to do something to ensure Olga Stevens was not fired. Through that Word of Wisdom, Rose, who came for prayer, now knew that it was wise to keep Olga Stevens.
Olga was essential to her dad’s healing. See how good God is! God was trying to help Rose in her decision-making. God can use any of us if we are willing to step out—to listen and obey.
What if I had said to myself, ‘Ah! That must be me thinking up the name Stevens.’ Rose would have missed a piece of wise information that was part of the puzzle to help her dad.

IN DAYTONA…
3 months later, I was speaking in Daytona, Florida. It just so happens that Rose is in the meeting. When the meeting was over, Rose came to talk to me. She wanted to talk about Olga Stevens. I immediately remember her. Rose said that although both of her sisters fired Olga Stevens, she waited a month and rehired her.
DAD IS COMPLETELY HEALED!
After that, her dad was completely healed. She was so excited—I was so excited. Completely healed! After all, Stevens did lead Rose's dad to his healing. God knows what He is doing. Praise, glory, and honor to God!
