WHAT I BELIEVE

God is 3—in—1

God is Father, Son [Jesus Christ], and Holy Spirit [Holy Ghost]. Together, they are referred to as “The Trinity” or the “Three Persons of the Godhead.” They are different and distinct from each other but never act independently. They are in complete unity, of the same nature, character, and attributes. They are united—ONE! It’s a mystery! Although our minds cannot comprehend this fully, we can believe and receive this overwhelming truth through faith.

Jesus Christ

Here is another big truth for you! This Christian life is a great mystery, sometimes challenging to understand. Yet, some things are clear enough: Jesus came in a human body, was born of a virgin woman, and lived fully man and fully God here on earth. God loves us so much that He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to die for you, me, and us (humanity). Jesus was crucified and three days later rose again. His resurrection includes that He conquered sin and death. All who believe in Jesus are reconciled with God, the Father—sons (and daughters) of God—made co-heirs with Christ. That means everything that Jesus went through the Cross we can exchange: sickness for healing and restoration, poverty for prosperity, and much more. Isn’t that Good News!

God lives in us. Jesus lives in us. Holy Spirit lives in us.
