GOD HEALS THE KNEES OF COMMERCIAL BROKER AT A REAL ESTATE OFFICE
I had just finished a fast. I’ll never forget what took place the next day. God healed the knees of a Commercial Broker at a Real Estate office. Let me tell you how it happened.
I was helping at a Real Estate office. That day, the Commercial Broker kept complaining about his severe knee pain. The years of playing bowling had taken a toll on his knees. He was a big man, one of those body types that look more like an upside-down triangle shape (hefty on the top, his legs much smaller than the rest of his body).
He was talking about how the years of playing bowling and his weight gained made his knees even worse—his days were almost unbearable. He could barely walk or stand because of the pain.
I was standing across from him, in front of a copy machine. I sensed Holy Spirit saying, “Pray for His knees.” It was the first time I heard God speak to me so clear. I assure you, what I heard was not in an audible voice; many busy people around me would have heard it too.
I put down the papers and walked across to where this man with knee pain was sitting. I asked him if I could pray for his knees. The Commercial Broker paused, then said yes. I also asked him if he knew Jesus. He said, “I know who He is.” I put my hands on his knees and said: “Be healed in the Name of Jesus.” That was it!
“ “Be healed in the Name of Jesus.””
I want to tell you that I felt something unusual but I did not. I wasn’t sure if the Commercial Broker felt anything either, as there was no reaction on his part. I smiled, turned around, picked up the papers I left on top of the copier, and went towards the back of the office into a different room. About one minute later (maybe!), I heard a commotion out there in the hallway.
It was him, the Commercial Broker I had just prayed for. He jumped up and down, saying, “I have no pain. I am healed!” He was literally moving so fast. It was unbelievable. “You healed me,” he said to me. I gave him a big smile and told him Jesus did the healing, not me. He believed it. We all gave God the glory. Even the ones who didn’t believe in Jesus were stunned.
Although this happened over 20 years ago, it feels like it just happened. I have seen many people healed since then, but this was the first time I saw a healing happen—one of my most amazing days ever. Can you see yourself doing spiritual, supernatural things?
One thing is to know about the Gifts of the Spirit, and another is to experience it. I was co-laboring with God, sharing in my inheritance and ruling with Him. So can you!

That day felt so surreal to me. I could hardly believe what was going on. Nothing was particularly special about that Commercial Broker, Real Estate office, or me. An extraordinary and merciful thing happened to someone. Wow!
That day a man’s knees were healed. His quality of life became so much better. He could move and jump without no pain. That’s a big deal. Joy. Joy. Joy!

The Gifts of Healing suddenly got activated. The connection opened a moment for God’s power to be displayed. The key here is to believe it can happen and that God can use us.
I’ve seen many healings since then. All kinds of different stories to tell. Testimonials of supernatural demonstrations orchestrated by God. Not only here in America but overseas. We can be invited to step into the action.
Any moment we can step into a situation, an opportunity to give God the glory. To see people come to know the love and mercy of God. Are you ready to engage? Are you excited to be used by God?
I’m glad I didn’t feel anything unusual when I prayed for the Commercial Broker. Do you know why? When I pray for someone, I’m not waiting for a feeling or to see how I feel; I speak the words. I declare God’s will for that person—to be healed, whole, and restored in the Name of Jesus. Be open to Holy Spirit to use you. It can happen at any moment. Only believe!
